SUMMARY

As a Product Specialist/Salesperson, you will be a critical component in creating and helping families and individuals make invaluable memories. You will help families fulfill their dreams of traveling by matching them with the perfect RV for their needs and lifestyle. Travelcamp has been voted Bold City Best RV Dealership in Jacksonville for 3 years in a row! INCENTIVE RENTAL PROGRAM

Travelcamp, in addition to sales and service, also offers RVs for rent. As a Travelcamp team member, you receive several benefits, including FREE use of our rentals. We believe that if you enjoy and get to experience camping yourself, it will help build your passion for helping other families find their perfect RV.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE

Hours of operation: Sunday 12-5, Monday-Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5.

Although schedules vary, generally you would work 40-45 hours a week.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish. Help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and ultimately finalize sales.
  • Provide detailed and accurate product knowledge to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Continually learn about product updates, inventory and how it will benefit the customer.
  • Responsible for daily follow up with current, existing, and potential leads through our CRM system.
  • Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hustle- The right candidate establishes relationships quickly while earning trust by providing expert knowledge and superior customer service.
  • Competitive- Our sales team has consistently reached new records year after year and in result, we look for candidates that are interested in breaking records and raising the bar to what is possible.
  • Attitude- The sales team believes in hard work and having fun while doing it! A positive and work-hard attitude will serve you well.

Several sales consultants earn over $100,000 a year after they develop and build upon our sales process and knowledge of RVs (selling 10-13 units a month). The average newcomer with zero RV knowledge or sells experience average $50,000 - $65,000 their first year.
